- Mandatory signing-up for a challenge: Claiming for FIT-TEST PROMISE without signing up for a challenge within the first week of receiving your product. We want you to take fitness and wellness as an urgent and important part of your lifestyle.

- Get active: Claiming for FIT-TEST PROMISE without being active during the challenge period. Meaning, you signed up for a challenge but you are not taking the steps to be active.

- Lost in the Laundry Abyss: Our sweatwear conquers workouts, but laundry mysteries aren't their specialty. Lost items aren't covered by our FIT-TEST PROMISE.

- Race Left-Behinds: After triumphing in a race, it's easy to leave items behind. However, post-race items are not part of our FIT-TEST PROMISE.

- Sweatwear as Pet Chew Toys: We adore our furry friends, but our FIT-TEST PROMISE doesn't extend to sweatwear repurposed as pet chew toys.

- Thrown Away Without a Trace: Damaged sweatwear? Snap a photo before tossing it. We require photographic evidence to honour the FIT-TEST PROMISE.
