At Fittest Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, which is why we have a hassle-free refund policy in place.
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 10-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at hello@fittest.club, and we will assign a dedicated Fittest Consultant to help you resolve your issue within one working day. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
We understand that damages and issues may occur during the delivery process, which is why we encourage our customers to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This way, you can get your new item as soon as possible, without having to wait for the return process to complete.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which is beyond our control.
