WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of your week
✓
A week of movement, done start to finish. Seven days where you showed up for yourself.
✓
A habit that has already started. After a week of daily walks, day eight feels normal, not hard.
✓
A real metal medal in your hands. Not a badge on a screen. Posted to your door.
✓
A certificate made for sharing. Your name, km and finish level, sized for Instagram and WhatsApp status.
✓
Proof that walking counts. No gym, no running shoes, no watch needed.
✓
Small wins for the planet and your wallet. Walk to the shop instead of taking an auto, tick it when you log, and watch your Health, Earth and Wealth km add up.
Why start this week, not "from Monday"
Most of us already know walking is good for us. The hard part is starting, and then keeping going after day 3.
That isn't a willpower problem. It's a setup problem. Without a start date, a small goal and a reason to continue, "I'll start walking" stays on the to-do list for months.
A fixed Wednesday start fixes that. You know exactly when you begin, and you begin with others.
